Desktop Shenanigans

So...

suggested that I pick up digital painting at least an hour a day. This is the first shot, and I'll admit I went over an hour by a little less than an additional two hours. What had happened was that the result of the first hour was so laughably poor and indiscernible, I decided to push until I had something halfway decent... kinda... even if the background wasn't quite finished/refined.

So this was what was sitting on my desk. Yeah, I actually have a tiki skull thing that I put my headset on whenever I'm not using it. Fun stuff.

EDIT: Background was an eye-sore... didn't think I was gonna go back to it, so I blurred it up... a cheap way for 'airbrushing/softening up' the background
